76th Anniversary of the American Flag being raised over Iwo Jima

It was 76 years ago today that U.S. Marines raised the American flag over Mt. Suribachi, the highest point of Iwo Jima. The battle would last 30 days, and nearly 7,000 U.S. service members were killed. Today, we remember and honor these American heroes. #SemperFi .
